In no event will the Platform Owner be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits or revenues, business interruption, loss of business opportunities, loss of data or loss of other economic interests, whether in contract, negligence, tort or otherwise, arising from the use of or inability to use the Services, however caused and whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, warranty or otherwise, exceed the amount paid by You for using the Services giving rise to the cause of action or Rupees One Hundred (Rs. 100) whichever is less

*Refunds:*

Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of your specific tour package. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of your cancellation. Refund will be processed and credit to original payment method within 6-7 working days
*Non-Refundable Services:* Certain services, such as flights and hotel bookings, may be non-refundable. Please review the specific terms of your booking before making a payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Before 45 days to the departure : 10% Of Package Cost.From 45 days to 30 days prior to the departure date : 25% of PackageCost From 30 days to 15 days prior to the departure date : 50% of PackageCost From 14 days to 7 days prior to the departure date : 75% of PackageCost7 Days prior to departure date : Non Refundable

Retention may be charged on a case to case basis.
If we have notified you a different cancellation rule, then the above rule willnot be applicable.·No refund is admissible if service is cancelled due to force majeure eventssuch as acts of God, civil / political disturbances or events beyond our control. Proofof Identity:·As per the latest GOI directives, all guests are requested to carry a validphoto Identity (Voters ID, Driving License, Aadhar Card, Passport, Armed forcesidentity card etc.).·It is compulsory for foreign Nationals and NRIs to carry their passport withvalid Visas or PIO (Person of Indian Origin) card. Relevant documents/copies haveto be produced at the time of check in.
